SokaSphere is a product-led platform. We value clarity, ownership, and respect for users who operate from touchlines, changing rooms, and community pitches — not only from desks. We hire for craft, judgment, and alignment with our trust and safety principles.
Stay in touch vs applying for a role
If you are interested in working with us someday, you may email a short introduction and a link to your CV or portfolio to [email protected]. That helps us know you exist — but it is not an application for a job, and it does not put you on a shortlist. We may not reply, and sending a CV does not mean you will be contacted when a role is advertised.
When we hire
We only recruit for roles we have listed as open on the SokaSphere career portal (link at the bottom of this page). If a role is not listed, we are not hiring for that function right now. When you apply through the portal for an open role, your submission is reviewed for that specific opportunity.
